About me

Most people helping founders have studied the problem from the outside. I've lived it from the inside for nearly 20 years.

I've been the highly trusted operational and emotional sparring partner for C-level executives. founders and  Koelnmesse, AXA, Ericsson, and Electronic Arts. Not consulting in. Actually inside the messy day-to-day, the life living, the work life balancing, mapping decision flows, absorbing pressure, keeping complex systems moving when everything wanted to break.

I'm also a Highly Sensitive Person with neurodivergent patterns of thinking and acting. I didn't study this demographic. I am this demographic. I built my own operating systems out of necessity long before I built them for anyone else. That's what qualifies me to work with you.

This isn't coaching. It's not therapy. It's precision thinking applied to the full picture — your business and the human at the centre of it.
